Nine Lives

Artemis, Emily, Terra, and Skylah are not just ordinary girls... and no I'm not talking about their abnormal cat ears and tails with the powers to minipulate the 4 elements. Despite that, I think there are some fishy things going on around Chestion High... And those cat girls have something to do about it!

In the middle of no were...

The long sand rolled the plains of ancient egypt stretching for miles and miles. The hot sand beat down on each golden grain of sand that settled in the midst, no life was seen except the slight breath of wind that rolled across the cat litterbox of earth, brushing up gusts of it when it rolled by.
One dark figures emerged from the hot midist.
It was a woman.
Dressed in long dark black and purple robes and blood red eyes that seemed to stab you right through the heart.
Long pitch black hair that hung from her head onto her shoulders.
A purple cloth wrapped around her mouth so no one could see the ghastly smile that spread across her face.
It seemed that the light and sunshine wasnt bothering her scince it seemed that darkness was followin gher in a cloud of black.
She stared out into nothingness
"this land shall belong to me..." she croaked finally
"My father doesnt deserve this! I HAVE BOTH FULL IMORTAL POWERS!!" she laughed and turned away. Looking back and forth to see if anybody (if there was any) was watching.

Growled a voice from behind her. Jaylen stood there, but it was different now. He now had a long, tan robe on, his arms showing, now tanned and with corded muscles. He was smiling evilly though, wrapping a strong arm around Artemis's waist.

"Soon my dear. Soon this will all be ours."

" soon..." she reaped and walked away, she lifted off the ground in a cloud of darkness
"real soon..." she said again.

Jaylen agreed, squeezing Artemis' hand gently.

(Ooh! I just had an idea! What if the immortal Jaylen and Artemis were engaged secretly? Like they knew, but Arty's parents didn't?)

"Simple. Think of how much sweeter it will be when we show your parents these."

Jaylen replied smoothly, pulling two rings out of a fold in his robe, placing the one meant for Artemis into her hand.

"Think of how much sweeter victory will be..."

(They're still fine. Immortal ones are here in teh past, Mortal ones are in the future)

Jaylen said, sighing and placing his ring on the appropiate finger.

"I say before we kill or imprision your parents, we show them the rings. A bittersweet ending for them. The choice is yours however, my dear."

Artemis turned around suddenly
"going... evil?" she hissed
I am myself! I WAS BORN THIS WAY!" she said hating to think she was a goodie-to-shoes like her mom.

Jaylen said, rolling his eyes. He loved Artemis for ehr pure and total evil, but she could be a tad thick sometimes.

Artemis stared at him blankely...

she turned away and stared at her feet.

"common, we should start traveling now to get to the city before midnight" she said already walking in front of him.

As much she didnt want to show it, she was somewhat not wanting to kill her mom.

Jaylen agreed, starting off after Artemis. He could sense her discomfort with the whole killing thing, and felt uneasy as well, but not about what Artemis was thinking. He was more uneasy about the consequences for killing a god.
