Nine Lives

Artemis, Emily, Terra, and Skylah are not just ordinary girls... and no I'm not talking about their abnormal cat ears and tails with the powers to minipulate the 4 elements. Despite that, I think there are some fishy things going on around Chestion High... And those cat girls have something to do about it!

Haylie smiled.

It is. You get to go places where other people can't because you can breath underwater. You can talk to all the animals. When you swim through the water it feels like you're flying.

She told Emily, her violet eyes shining with the memory. Since she had been banished, she hadn't been in very deep water so she never got that feeling any more. She would have to find a big lake or something later.

The girl felt sorry for Haylie. She could see it in her eyes.

Don't feel sorry fdor me, it's alright. At least I get to change back when I go into water. It's not like I'm a human permanently.

She said, trying to cheer herself anf Emily up. She swam to the waterfall anf reached behind, grabbing her dress. She then swam over to the shore and pulled herself out of the water. Her tail fin separated to form a pair of human legs, and her eyes and hair changed colour. She slipped the dress on and stood up, smoothing out the wrinkles.

"Want to get something to eat? I'm starving."

She said, turning to look at the girl. Her blonde hair was already starting to dry and her ice blue eyes looked at the girl inquiringly.

she replied, putting her clothes back on as well over her bathing suit.

"Anything, really. As long as it's edible."
